Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OatIsGoat (app.oatisgoat.co and oatisgoat.co), operated by Urban Craft Department ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referrals, challenges, or rewards is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• We may require CAPTCHA verification and may temporarily lock accounts after repeated failed login attempts, for security.

2. The 30-day starter program & weekly challenges

• New members progress through a 30-day starter challenge program, followed by ongoing weekly challenges.
• Challenge completions may require photo or text proof, which is reviewed by our moderation team, typically within one week of submission.
• We may approve, reject, or request changes to submitted proof at our reasonable discretion, including removing proof that violates our content guidelines (Section 5).
• You may voluntarily stop the 30-day starter program at any time via your account. If you stop early, you keep any points and rewards already earned, but you will not reach the maximum discount tier associated with full completion.
• Challenges, point values, and rewards may change over time; we'll do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.

3. Points & rewards

• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
• Rewards (including discount coupons) are issued at our discretion based on your points balance and are subject to the OatIsGoat shop's own terms and stock availability.
• We reserve the right to adjust, revoke, or correct points awarded in error or obtained through fraud or abuse of the Service.

4. Purchases & payments

Purchases are made through the OatIsGoat shop (oatisgoat.co), a WooCommerce store operated by Urban Craft Department. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor(s) integrated with that store. Order, refund, shipping, and return terms are governed by the shop's own checkout terms presented at time of purchase, in addition to these Terms.

5. Community content & conduct

Posts, comments, votes, and challenge proof are visible to other logged-in members and may be moderated. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent;
• Infringing on someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• Spam, scams, or attempts to manipulate points/referrals;
• False or misleading regarding challenge completion.

We may hide, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or ban accounts, that violate these Terms, at our reasonable discretion. Community content requires an account to view — this helps us keep the community safe and moderate effectively.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the referral/points/reward system. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@oatisgoat.co.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it stable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Challenges promote lifestyle habits and are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Craft Department is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
